To participate in certain features of the fundraiser, you may be required to create an account by providing your name, contact information, and/or social handles.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or disrupt the community spirit of the fundraiser.

2. User-Generated Content

Features allowing users to post content (such as comments, updates, or photos) are currently to be determined. If user content features are enabled, you agree not to post any material that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.

3. Donations and Payments

All donations made through the site are processed externally by GoFundMe Pro.

karpawich.com does not collect, store, or process credit card or bank details.

Because donations go directly to support the cause via GoFundMe, all contributions are subject to GoFundMe's refund policies and are generally non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

The original content, design, and layout of karpawich.com are the property of the site owner. You may not reproduce or use our content without explicit permission. "Achilles International" names and logos are the property of Achilles International.

5. Limitation of Liability

This microsite is a personal fundraising initiative. Karpawich.com and its administrator are provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties regarding the uninterrupted operation of the site and shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the website.
